Full Job Description

Training starting pay is $8.50/hr for 1 full pay period. Starting pay is $10.00/hr when one officially becomes a team member after completing training.

Job Duties

  • Train new employees at any stores within 1102 Bubble Tea & Coffee
  • Staff at an assigned store due to business need.
  • Willing to travel and work at multiple stores under the manager’s assignment

Qualifications Required

  • 18 years or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Speaks English
  • Background check
  • Drug screening

Job Description Basic Qualifications

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Consistently provides quality products for all customers by adhering to all recipe standards and providing samples according to recipe specifications.
  • Responsible for keeping workstation, equipment, and tools cleaned, stocked, and organized at all times.
  • Sets a fast pace for quality and efficiency on non-selling tasks to ensure maximum productivity that does not detract from store sales.
  • Perform routine maintenance care for store equipment, fixtures, and tools
  • Monitors, maintains, and follows 1102 INC policies and procedures, including cash handling, safety, and security policies and procedures.
